The Adventure Begins

We received our mission call on Saturday, November 1st, 2014. Our mission call came to our mailbox in Idaho Falls while we were in Heber City, Utah spending the week with our son Josh and his family. It was so exciting to know that we finally received that large white envelope from Church headquarters after waiting weeks for it to come. Our daughter Allison picked it up from our mailbox and took it over to Jacob's home. Then we connected all of our children and their families through telephone and face time. It was so special to be surrounded by our family as our call was opened. Macey, our granddaughter read our call to us and we were shocked and excited to hear we were going to the Washington, Federal Way Mission.
